Bad Week? 3 Ways to stay positive

Some days are better than others! When things aren’t going the way you would like to, here’s are 3 ways to stay positive.

  • Step away! Try going for a walk, a swim, listening to music or just watching your favorite TV show.

    Reach out to that friend that always knows how to have a great time!

  • Take a deep breath. Meditation and box breathing are really helpful exercised that can help calm your mind body and spirit.

  • Think of the things that ARE going right. Get out a sheet of paper and pen, write down all the things that make you happy and fill your heart with joy.

    Remember, it is totally normal to feel stressed, overwhelmed or bummed at times. Be sure to take care of yourself.
