Looking for ways to outsource but don’t have a big budget to hire a squad….. yet? Here are 7 ways to outsource on a budget.
I’m going to share a few personal and business outsourcing tips starting from low cost and working our way to higher cost options, including -
GETIDA
Friends & Family
Grocery Delivery
Meal Prep
Leads List
Prep Center
Virtual Assistant
GETIDA
COST - Join for FREE! GETIDA charges a 25% fee ONLY from successful FBA reimbursements.
The first option I want to talk about is GETIDA because I don’t see many people talking about it… and it’s shocking!
GETIDA helps you recover money from your Amazon account. I have been using it for 3 months now and haven already recovered over $497.00!
Best part is that GETIDA only gets paid if you do, so there is no risk.
If you want to learn more about GETIDA I wrote a separate blog about it HERE.
Or if you are ready to dive in, you can sign up HERE!
Friends & Family
COST - FREE to VARIES
Help might be closer than you think!
Start by asking your closest family, friends or even a neighbor if they would like to help you.
My hubby will help me pack, prep, and drop off boxes whenever I need a helping hand. In return, I will get him some beer, food, or bless him with my presence. It’s a win-win.
Perhaps you have kids, nieces, or nephews that will help out for some extra allowance and pizza! You’d be amazed by what you can leverage with pizza. (one time I got a FREE tire)
Grocery Delivery
COST - Less than $10 Month
One of the easiest and most affordable ways to start outsourcing is grocery delivery!
We all eat! BUT we all don’t have time to throw on our fancy sweatpants, drive to the store, and shop for an hour or two.
You could skip the store all together by ordering fast food, or getting delivery everyday. Unfortunately, that can be expensive and usually unhealthy… life is hard!
This is where grocery delivery comes in!
Just about every major store offers online shopping, pick up and/or delivery. My favorite has become Walmart+. Let me explain why it is the perfect outsourcing tool.
It’s affordable! Walmart+ is less that $10 a month!
FREE Grocery delivery over $30 with Walmart+ Membership!
Your membership includes lots of BONUS features like “Scan & go” so you can skip the lines in store (saving you even more time) and so much more.
I’ve already saved so much time and money using my Walmart+ account!
All you have to do is shop online for the grocery items you want to purchase and they will show up to your doorstep like magic.
If you are ready to outsource your grocery shopping, be sure to get $20 off an order when you join Walmart+ by “Join and save now” below.
Meal Prep
COST - Varies but expect to pay min $10 per meal
I love food… so I’m going to share another food outsourcing tip for those of you who don’t want to grocery shop, or do other time consuming chores like cooking and dishes. This tip is how to outsource your meal prep!
Meal prep is when you prep all your food for the week so all you have to do is heat and eat. It’s not for everyone but it does save sooooo much time during the week.
Here is a great way to outsource your meal prep.
Simply order catering from your favorite restaurant and BOOM! DONE! Your meals are now prepped for the week and all you had to do was order and pick it up. For example, you can order boxes of burritos (or other options) from Chipotle for grab n’ go meals for the week.
Chipotle not your thing? NO Problem! There are endless catering options out there for every budget and taste. Here are a few ideas!
El Pollo Loco - https://www.elpolloloco.com/our-food/catering
Jersey Mikes - https://www.jerseymikes.com/menu/catering
SubWay - https://www.subway.com/en-us/catering
Panera - https://catering.panerabread.com/menu/category
Panda Express - https://www.pandaexpress.com/location?is-from-marketing-site=true

Leads List
COST - $65 per month
Sourcing without help can be time consuming and lonely.
Getting a leads list can save a lot of time by helping you find profitable inventory, quickly. Some also provide support, assistance, and answer your questions, like the Coast to Coast FLIPS Group!
Erica and I started the FLIPS group to help Amazon sellers get great leads, at an affordable rate and low competition! If you are interested in joining our group just head over to coasttocoastamz.com
In the event that the group is full, be sure to sign up for the waitlist!
Prep Center
COST - Varies, Average $1 - $3 per item
You’ve probably heard of outsourcing to a Prep Center by now. I do not currently use a prep center but it sounds WONDERFUL!
It is where you ship your inventory OR in some cases: drop off your inventory to a center that preps, packs, and ships your inventory to Amazon for you. Saving you tons of time.
Keep in mind, you can control how much you spend on a prep center by monitoring how much you drop off at the center. Be sure to understand their policies and rates when signing up!
If I had a prep center I would likely send my more time consuming prep work (like removing labels) to the center and save the quicker/easier inventory prep for myself!

Virtual Assistant
COST - VARIES to set your budget
Last but not least, consider hiring a virtual assistant!
I hired a virtual assistant last year on Upwork to help me with blog writing and it was wonderful! I was even able to set a weekly spending limit to fit my budget.
You can sign up and hire a virtual assistant on Upwork by clicking HERE.
Conclusion
Outsourcing doesn’t have to be expensive!
I hope these 7 ways to outsource on a budget can get you the help you need, without spending a fortune.
Happy Outsourcing!
