Three ways to search for products

Here are three ways to search for products that can help you next time you are out sourcing for Amazon.
Scan the Barcode
This seems obvious BUT sometimes when you scan a barcode no results pop up. OR sometimes you get some weird results that do not match the product you are scanning. Weird.
So what do you do next? You could give up, or you could try these next 2 ways of finding the product.
Because if a product exists, it is most likely on Amazon, right?!
Photo view
Instead of using your photo scanner to scan the barcode, try scanning an image of the actual product or packaging.
This way can also help generate more results, including bundles!
Type it in
This is probably my (and most peoples) least favorite method but it can help you find some really good products!
Simply type the brand and description of the product. You might have to try a few different phrases to get some results but it’s worth a try.
BONUS TIP: Get on Amazon and search for the product as if you are a customer looking to buy it! If you find it this way simply copy the ASIN and plug it into your Amazon seller app.
That’s it!
Those are the three ways to search for products. If you try all of these methods and STILL don’t find what you are looking… the product just might not be on Amazon yet.
I have never tried this, but If you know how, you can create a listing and list the item yourself.
